Refunds for Products:

If you have purchased a product from Arcit and are not satisfied with the product, you may request a refund within 14 days of the date of purchase. The product must be returned in its original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product.


Exceptions:

There are some exceptions to our refund policy. We do not offer refunds for any services or products that have completely finished or designed. Additionally, we do not offer refunds for any digital products or services that have been downloaded or used.


Refund Eligibility

The client can request a refund at any stage of the project by messaging or calling our customer service team.

The project will be divided into three stages: planning, modeling, and 3D/final stage.

If the client requests a refund after finishing the first stage of the project, we will refund 2/3 of the total payment made.

If the client requests a refund after finishing the second stage of the project, we will refund 1/3 of the total payment made.

The client cannot request a refund after finishing the final stage of the project.

Refunds will only be provided for the uncompleted stages of the project.


Refund Process

To request a refund, the client must contact our customer service team by messaging or calling.

Once we receive the refund request, we will stop the project and review the client's request.

If the client is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 7 business days of receiving the request.

The refund will be made to the same payment method used by the client at the time of purchase.

The client will receive an email confirmation of the refund once it has been processed


How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, please send an email to arcitapp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond to you within 3-5 business days.
